What is priority placement?

Premium carriers' bids appear at the top of the bid list. More visibility = higher acceptance rates.

How does the 10% commission work?

KenKargo charges 10% of the accepted bid value when a customer accepts your bid. Applies to all tiers including free.

Can I switch modes or upgrade later?

Yes. Go to Billing to view, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.

When do my free bids reset?

On the 1st of every calendar month. Paid subscribers have no cap.
